Andrea Bowen (born Andrea Bowen) is an American actor from the United States. Andrea Bowen began her acting career with Broadway in musicals such as Les Miserables or The Sound of Music. She was first cast as the character Julie Mayer in the ABC comedy drama Desperate Housewives. This role was regularly played until the year in 2008. Julie Alexandra Mayer was born to Susan Delfino, and Karl Mayer. Julie was Susan's ideal childhood friend. She cooked, did the washing and gave dating advice.
